Google Business Profile Management

When Someone Nearby Searches Your Service, Where Do You Show Up?

Google's local results change from block to block. You can rank first from your shop and not appear at all from a neighborhood three miles away.

You've probably never seen that map. We build it, show it to you, and then work on your Google Business Profile until it improves.

We handle setup, posts, photos, review replies, listing updates, and a monthly report for $399/month, about $13 a day.

We'll pull up your profile together and look at where it's losing customers.

Someone Nearby Needed You Today. They Called Someone Else.

A homeowner has a leaking pipe. She searches “plumber near me” and sees three businesses on the map. She calls one of them.

If you weren't one of the three, you never knew she looked.

When a business falls off that shortlist, the profile usually looks like this.

  • The services were entered the day the profile was created and never updated
  • The newest photo is from the grand opening
  • Reviews sit with no reply
  • The hours or categories no longer match what the business does

That's not laziness. You were out doing the work customers hired you for.

Google ranks local results on relevance, distance, and prominence. A profile nobody tends gives Google less to go on for relevance and prominence, and the gap grows each month.

This is a job that needs an owner, and right now it doesn't have one.

The Local Visibility Map

See Your Business the Way Customers Across Your Area See It.

Search for your own business on your phone and you'll likely see yourself near the top. That doesn't tell you much.

Google weighs distance. A customer on the north side of town sees different results than one standing next to your shop.

So we check from many points. We run your agreed searches from a grid across your service area. For a typical area we propose 49 points, a 7 by 7 grid.

At each point you either appear in the top three, appear lower down, or don't appear.

  • A baseline before any work starts
  • The exact parts of your area where you're missing
  • A month-over-month record of what changed

Instead of wondering whether the work is paying off, you look at the map.

The Work

What We Do Each Month

Profile setup and optimization

We audit your categories, services, description, hours, contact details, and service area. Then we fix the gaps so Google and customers can tell what you do.

Posts and business updates

We write and publish updates about your services, news, and offers. You don't write any of it.

Photos that show your work

You send photos of your work, your team, and your shop. We organize and upload them, so customers see what you do before they call.

Review responses

We reply to every review in your voice, using an approach you approve. Praise gets a thank-you. Complaints get a calm answer, and the next person reading the reviews will see it.

We also help you build a routine for asking happy customers to leave a review.

Listing updates and monitoring

New hours, a new service, a changed phone number. We update the profile, and we review any edits Google suggests with you.

Monthly reporting

Once a month you get a plain-English report on the work we completed, your profile performance, how your Local Visibility Map changed, and what we're working on next. Google's profile metrics and the map tracking are reported separately.

The Process

How It Works

1

Get the starting picture

We review your profile, services, and service area. Together we agree on the searches that matter and run your first Local Visibility Map. That's your baseline.

2

Put the profile in order

We fix the gaps, update your information, and organize your content. You send business details, photos, and manager access. You stay the owner of your profile.

3

Keep the work moving

Every month we handle updates, posts, photos, and review replies. Then we re-run the map, show you what moved, and set the next priorities.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?

Local business owners who serve customers at their premises or travel to customers. Plumbers, cleaners, auto repair shops, and salons are typical. We'll confirm your business is eligible for a Google Business Profile before we start.

Why not just do it myself?

You can. The profile is free. The cost is your time, the discipline to keep at it every month, and a way to see how you rank across your whole area, which you can't get from your phone. We take all three off your plate.

Can you help if I already have a profile?

Yes. We review what's there, fix the gaps, and manage the existing profile. If you don't have one, we'll set it up and walk you through any verification Google requires.

What is the Local Visibility Map?

It's our geographic rank tracking. We run your agreed searches from points across your area and show where you appear. We use it to guide the work and measure change. It's separate from the service area shown on your profile.

Will you get me to number one on Google?

We work to improve your local visibility, but we can't guarantee a position. Google weighs relevance, distance, and prominence, and your location, competition, and wider online presence all play a part.

How soon will I see results?

Your first map sets the baseline, and we fix the profile's gaps first. Ranking changes vary by business, area, and competition. Each monthly report shows what changed and what we're doing next.

What do you need from me?

Manager access to your profile, accurate business details, photos, and your approval on how we represent your business and respond to reviews. You keep ownership.

Is this the same as Google Ads?

No. This manages your Business Profile and supports your organic local visibility. Paid ads and ad spend are separate.
